Animating the Web!

Combo Meeting: Creative Cloud and OC Interactive - Tuesday, April 21

The Creative Cloud and OC Interactive User Groups are joining forces this month to welcome back Chris Griffith. Chris is rejoining us for an exciting discussion about new possibilities for creating animations on the web. Although our phones and tablets may not be able to run Adobe Flash-based animations, the mobile web is far from static! This presentation is going to explore the use of CSS-based animations as a way to bring motion back into your web design. Bring your laptop and play along as we really make the web move.

As an added bonus, we will take a look at some other web-friendly animation solutions that you can add to your design library.

One of our topic themes for this year's meetings is "Making Things Move!" Led by Chris, we'll be discovering new ways to make this happen for our web designs. You're sure to be inspired and to be able to take away some cool new tips and techniques!

Augmented Reality: The New Multimedia  - Part 2 and Good Project Management & Teaming Practices!

If you cannot attend in person, please join us remotely via Adobe Connect.

OC Interactive

Welcome to 2014 and OC Interactive!
Thank you all for your attendance and participation at our September meeting.

• Augmented Reality: The New Multimedia - Part II

Guest speaker Patrick Eleazar will build on his presentation from September and step through the process of creating an Augmented Reality(AR) application that even newbies can follow and use to produce their own AR application. Patrick will also review details about software options, how to use them, and why use one over the other.

This is a meeting you will want to attend in person so that you can experience it live, follow along, and generate output on your own.

So what is Augmented Reality and why should you care? It’s the next big technological advancement since the “multimedia” revolution of the mid-90s. Do you remember the thrill? AR is all of that and more.
